A non-judgmental space for open-minded self-discovery and personal growth
Hello.
Emi Noyan | Psychotherapist
As a BACP registered psychotherapist, I offer a safe space for authentic self-exploration.
Working primarily from an existential perspective, I focus on understanding you with an open mind. Together, we’ll go on a journey of self-discovery, aiming to resolve inner conflicts and uncover possibilities for a fuller life.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, everyday stress, relationships, gender issues, self-confidence concerns, and trauma. While these conditions may seem common, I recognise that each person’s experience is unique.
Through our sessions, we’ll delve into your personal experiences, thoughts, and feelings, make sense of the past and foster self-awareness to help you live a more integrated and fulfilling life. My existential approach encourages you to explore your values, choices, and the meaning you find in life, empowering you to take responsibility for your choices and foster authenticity.
Whether you’re grappling with persistent worries, mood fluctuations, interpersonal difficulties, or past traumas, this therapeutic space offers an opportunity for open-minded discovery and meaningful progress.
